Assoc. Dr. Kanay Yararbaş is the founder and director of SAPIENS GENETICS AND HEALTH SERVICES INC. which he founded in 2020, and Private SG Genetic Diseases Evaluation Center licensed under his body. He was born in 1975 in Ankara. After completing his primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College, he started his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. In 2000, he completed his undergraduate education and earned the title of Doctor of Medicine. After graduation, she worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology assistant for about 2 years at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He was completed at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Genetics between 2002-2006. He performed his compulsory service at Istanbul Bakırköy Gynecology and Childhood Training and Research Hospital between 2007-2011. In addition, he worked in different positions in Florence Nightingale Patients Group, Layout Laboratories and Acıbadem Group. In 2018, the European Board of Medical Genetics was awarded the Clinical Laboratory Genetics Board certificate of the European Society of Human Genetics. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2019. He is interested in all areas of medical genetics. Currently, he is the Head of Genetic Diagnosis Center at Florence Nightingale Hospitals Group, and at the same time, T.C. He is the Head of Medical Genetics Department at Demiroğlu Bilim University Faculty of Medicine, a member of the Health Council in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, the head of the quality and accreditation commission in the Turkish Medical Genetics Association, and a member of the cancer commission.
